Friendly and always explain what’s been done and why

I have used these guys for the last couple of years as l always feel happy and confident with the service.
The day l was going on holiday the battery died on my car!! No time to sort before l left. Today on my return l called Walker Cutting for help once l explained my issue they offered to come out and charge the battery, then followed me to the work shop and replaced the battery.
Nothing is to much trouble and there was no call out charge.
I am so grateful for their help.
All the staff are friendly and always explain what’s been done and why.
